# Exportando Notas Fiscais de Serviço Eletrônica para a Prefeitura Municipal de São Paulo

Esses dados são gerados em padrão texto, seguindo rigorosamente todas as especificações descritas no [<u>Layout de Exportação</u>.](https://autoatendimento.grupoallegus.com.br/books/vdne/page/layout-para-importacao-de-nota-fiscal)</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial; font-size: small;">O menu para gerar o arquivo de exportação só ficará habilitado se nos [Parâmetros da Empresa](https://autoatendimento.grupoallegus.com.br/books/vdne/page/parametrizando-a-empresa-principal) o modo de impressão de Notas Fiscais de Serviços estiver configurado como **"Mecanográfico".**</span>

- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Exportar por - Período ou Faixa de Notas</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Se for definido Período informe a data inicial e final do período</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Se for definido Faixa de notas informe a nota inicial e final</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Considerar número do lançamento ou da nota fiscal</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">o nome que o arquivo exportado receberá, o diretório onde o arquivo será salvo e o código do serviço prestado. Clique no botão “OK” </span>
