# Reavaliação de Bem

Para realizar a **Reavaliação de Bem** o usuário deverá acessar o menu **MANUTENÇÃO/FICHA DE REAVALIAÇÃO**

Em seguida deverá [cadastrar o Bem](https://autoatendimento.grupoallegus.com.br/books/at/page/cadastrando-bens) que foi reavaliado, informando o **mesmo número de chapa**, e **alterando somente o componente,** Informar **data de reavaliação e apenas o valor da diferença entre o valor de compra e o valor da reavaliação**

Exemplo: – Bem foi adquirido em 12/04/2007 por R$ 1.250,00 – Em 08/06/2009 esse mesmo bem foi reavaliado por R$ 1.450,00 – Inserir no cadastro da ficha de reavaliação apenas 200,00 (diferença: 1.450 – 1.250 = 200)

No menu **Manutenção/Bem/Manutenção**

No cadastro do bem original, informar o número da ficha de reavaliação:

Feito a depreciação do período, o [relatório de depreciação](https://autoatendimento.grupoallegus.com.br/books/at/page/relatorio-de-depreciacao) apresentará quebra por [bem](https://autoatendimento.grupoallegus.com.br/books/at/page/cadastrando-bens), em separado o valor original e o valor do bem reavaliado.
